September 4 and 6, 2017 – Tertiary Schools Association Competition was convened at Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (DLSP) at Brgy. San Jose, San Pablo City. TESA Competition was held every year to celebrate “Buwan ng Wika” which is participated by both Private and Public schools around San Pablo City. And this year the event came with the theme “Filipino: Wikang Mapagbago”.
It was a two day competition; both take place at DLSP – the hosting school. Canossians came in the competition with S.M.A.R.T Heart and God given talent that they were able to win in different competitions and came home victorious.
Mr. Jimuel Alvarez of BSBA-MA IV won First Place in Pagsulat ng Sanaysay. Winning 2nd Place in Poster Making contest was Mr. John Dominic Belda of Grade 11-STEM B.
Mr. Jean Claude Buenaflor of BEEd – III won 3rd place in Pagbigkas ng Tula. Also participating in the said event was Mr. Julius Divina of BSPsychology – IV that won 2nd place in Isahang tinig and placed 1st in Dalawahang Tinig with his partner Ms. Lizette Angeles of BSPsychology – III.
And for the group competition, the Senior High School and College Choir came in 3rd place in Sabayang Pag-awit with the help of their coach Mr. Gian Valeta.
